PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce injury or the like a little bit since in a conventional seat belt, a material is extremely stiff and firm for protecting life, the life is saved at an accident of the vehicle and seriously injured persons are also reduced in number and danger that injure is caused by the seat belt is also pointed out. SOLUTION: The safety seat belt cover with a pocket wraps the whole of the seat belt and is made to a rectangular and cylindrical shape by using quilting, thick fabric, synthesized leather, fur, leather and thick fabric of a goods article as a material and superposing the material. Hook-and-loop fasteners are sewn at several positions from both end of the sewn rectangular cover to a central portion.
