PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device against wind of a railroad truck capable of reducing a trouble taken for safety against wind and releasing work of a railroad truck and reducing danger of making contact with the railroad truck, etc. SOLUTION: This safety device against wind 4 has a main body part 41 and operating pedals 42, 43. The second operating pedal 43 rises and a head end part of a stopper 45 rises, a projected part 24 is stored in the main body part 41 on the safety device against wind 4 and travelling of the railroad truck is restrained when a pedal part 42A of the first operating pedal 42 is lowered and a working part 42B is raised. Additionally, the head end part of the stopper 45 is lowered when the second operating pedal 43 is lowered, the projected part 24 can move and travelling of the railroad truck 2 is released.
