PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat air blowing device for a vehicle capable of ensuring both improved appearance and air blowing performance. SOLUTION: This seat air blowing device for a vehicle includes: a seat 1 for a vehicle composed of a seating section 1b seated by an occupant and a backrest section 1a hit by the back of the seated occupant; a suction port 4 opened on the surface 7 of the seat 1 for a vehicle communicating with a cabin 2; a suction air duct 6 formed inside the seat 1 for a vehicle communicating with the suction port 4; a blower 5 forcibly generating airflow in the suction air duct 6; and a pocket cover 3 for covering a portion of the surface of the seat 1 for a vehicle. Further, the suction port 4 is provided facing the back side 3a of the pocket cover.
