PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film which does not deteriorate in adhesive strength between a substrate and a silicone layer, regardless of indoor or outdoor uses of the functional film and further, even in situations under direct sunlight. SOLUTION: A resin for an easy adhesive layer is selected from a polyester resin or an acrylic resin having a hydroxyl value of 10-45, in the functional film which comprises the easy adhesive layer and the silicone layer laminated on at least one face of the substrate. The resin is the acrylic resin. Further, the silicone consists of a polyorganosiloxane resulting from cross-linking of a vinyl group and an SiH group by hydroxyl reaction.
