PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film having antistatic property, easy detergency of contaminant and transparency. SOLUTION: The surface protective film comprises a substrate film, an adhesive layer prepared on one surface of the substrate film, and a surface protective layer prepared on another surface of the substrate film, wherein the surface protective layer comprising (A) a carbon nanotube and (B) a polyurethane resin having a long-chain alkyl group in the side chain.
