PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump excellent in metering performance without requiring to form a complicated structure for a micro fluid device used as a liquid contact part of a pump. SOLUTION: The micropump consists of the micro fluid device including a pressing part of which cross section of a channel deforms and a drive device including a plurality of pressing rollers 12 rolling in a channel direction with pressing the pressing part to transport fluid in the channel. The drive device includes a body 17, a rotor 11 capable of rotating around a first rotary shaft fixed on the body, and a rotor drive mechanism 16 rotating the rotor, and is provided with pressing rollers around a plurality of second rotary shafts 15 retained with keeping the first rotary shaft 22 of the rotor on a center and in parallel with the first rotary shaft. When the pressing rollers press in the first rotary shaft direction, the pressing rollers is retained by the rotor under a condition where a distance between the first rotary shaft and an outer circumference part of the pressing rollers in a farthest side form the first rotary shaft can be reduced, and a drive device is installed at a distance where at least one of a plurality of the rollers closes the channel when the rotor rotates.
