PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene sulfide resin composition having excellent adhesiveness to an epoxy resin even improved adhesiveness after annealing even without carrying out a binding pretreatment. SOLUTION: The polyarylene sulfide resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyarylene sulfide resin with (B) 6-20 pts.wt. of a fatty acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol such as pentaerythritol tetrastearate, pentaerythritol tristearate, pentaerythritol distearate and pentaerythritol monostearate and (C) 0-400 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler such as glass fibers.
