PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement which is compact, and simple and easy to use not only at home but also at an outdoor destination etc. and with which effects of salve components can be obtained. SOLUTION: The heating implement 1 is provided with a salve layer 5 containing the effective components of a salve on a contacting surface with the skin of a gas-permeable bag 2 in which heat generation material 3 generating heat in contact with air is enclosed. The effective components of the salve are from one kind or at least two kinds selected from red pepper powder, red pepper extractum, plum powder, plum extractum, loquat powder and loquat extractum.
