PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a propriety inspection of a memory element mounted on a control board of a game machine. SOLUTION: A scanner part 31 acquires control board data from member lot information described in a management label 22 attached to a board case 15 and acquires element data indicating ROM 16 mounted on a main control board 14 via a connector 17 provided in the main control board 14, and an inspection terminal CPU 30a determines whether the control board data and the element data acquired by the scanner part 31 are stored in association with a same warranty number or not in a storage device 41 and, when the determination is negative, displays it on a display part 33.
