PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device capable of certainly excluding a commodity mixed with a foreign matter while performing reinspection and usual inspection in parallel. SOLUTION: The X-ray inspection device is equipped with a usual inspection part 2 for irradiating the commodity M, which is formed by packaging a plurality of contents (q) with a packaging material, with X rays L while feeding the same to inspect the commodity M and the reinspection part 3 provided in parallel to the usual inspection part 2 to reinspect the contents (q) of the commodity M judged to be defective by usual inspection.
