PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate surely stability of a base line of a chromatogram without troublesome input of a numerical value by an analyzer in order to determine whether a device is put into a stabilized state before start of analysis or not. SOLUTION: When base line data acquired when a normal analysis is performed in the past are selected (S1), and chromatogram data to the same number as the number of the data are acquired by an LC analysis part (S2), the difference between both data is calculated relative to each sampling point in the order of generation (S3), and an evaluation index value, for example, the ratio between the maximum data difference and the base line data at that time, is calculated from each data difference of all the sampling points (S4). If the index value is within a prescribed tolerance, it is determined that the base line is stabilized (Yes in S5) and the analysis is started. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
