PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a substrate with spacers by preventing occurrence of clogging of a nozzle 42. SOLUTION: As a dispersion is not ejected from a nozzle 42 positioned above a light transmitting section 18 but is ejected only from a nozzle 42 positioned above a light shielding section 17, liquid droplets 19 of the dispersion are landed only on the light shielding section 17. Even when a space between the nozzles 42 is narrow and the nozzle 42 moves over the light transmitting section 18, the nozzle 42 moving over the light transmitting section 18 ejects the dispersion only when it has moved from over the light transmitting section 18 to the upperside of the light shielding section 17, the clogging of the nozzle 42 does not occur. As the clogging of the nozzle 42 does not occur, when a substrate 15 is exchanged, cleaning of the nozzle 42 and idle ejection from it are unnecessary, and the substrate with spacers attached thereto is highly efficiently manufactured.
