PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which the number of components is reduced, and which has advantage in reducing component cost and assembly cost, while reducing a size. SOLUTION: A display panel 26 is accommodated in a concave section 50 for accommodating the display panel, and a flexible substrate 2606 is inserted into an inner part of a rear case 16 from a through hole 5006 for a wiring member, and a rear face 2604 of the display panel 26 is attached to a bottom wall 5002 of the concave section 50 for accommodating the display panel by an adhesive. A cushion material 54 of a rectangle frame shape is arranged along a circumference of a display face 2602 of the display panel 26, and the cushion material 54 together with the display panel 26 is accommodated in the concave section 50 for accommodating the display panel. A transparent plate 48 whose four edges are accommodated in a concave section 52 for accommodating the transparent plate, is arranged and attached by the adhesive, and the cushion material 54 is arranged in a compressed state by the circumference of the display face 2602 and the transparent plate 48.
