PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety concerning a possession of a player. SOLUTION: In the member management system 1, a T/C (terminal controller) 10 stores a vehicle registration number possessed by a member for each member ID, and determines whether the vehicle registration number of the vehicle 7 going out of a parking lot 5 of a game parlor 3 is registered or not. If it is determined that the registration number of the vehicle is registered, whether the member card in which the member ID corresponding to the vehicle registration number is recorded is held in a card processing unit 50 or not.
