PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart with casters, which can be stored, being approximately flush with the front surface of a cabinet without damaging the design when stored in the cabinet with a riser section and is provided with good balance when used as a chair by a worker. SOLUTION: The cart with casters is provided with a cart body 2, a front panel section 3 which is approximately flush with a front surface 1 of a cabinet C when the cart body 2 is stored inside the cabinet C, a seat 4 provided above the cart body 2 for a worker to sit on, and casters 5 provided at the bottom end of the cart body 2, and can be stored inside the cabinet C with riser form, where an inward depression is formed at the lower end of the front surface 1. A stepped part 6 with a form corresponding to the riser shape of the cabinet C is formed at the lower end of the front panel section 3. Front casters 5a that is placed on the front side of the cart body 2 is provided inside the stepped part 6 of the front panel section 3 and a seat 4 is provided behind the front caster 5a.
