摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte solution for a secondary battery which significantly improves low-temperature power characteristics even under a low-temperature environment, and also to provide a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte solution for a secondary battery contains nonaqueous solvent, lithium salt and chain carboxylate ester. Further, cyclic siloxane compound expressed by the formula (1) (where, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are organic groups with the number of carbons of 1 to 12, and n indicates the integer number of 3 to 10), fluorosilane compound expressed by the formula (2) (where, R<SP>3</SP>to R<SP>5</SP>are organic groups with the number of carbons of 1 to 12, x is the integer number of 1 to 3, p, q and r are integer numbers of 0 to 3 respectively with a condition of 1&le;p+q+r&le;3), a compound expressed by the formula (3) (where, R<SP>6</SP>to R<SP>8</SP>are organic groups with the number of carbons of 1 to 12, and A indicates a group composed of H, C, N, O, F, S, Si and/or P), a compound having S-F bond, salt of nitric acid, nitrite, monofluorophosphate, difluorophosphate, acetate salt or propionate are contained at &ge;10 ppm out of a total mass of the nonaqueous electrolyte solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
