A safety fence for a road is provided to prevent a vehicle from deviating from a road and to prevent the secondary accident caused by rear-side vehicles by letting the rear-side vehicles recognize the situation of the front in an emergency situation. The safety fence for a road comprises a support(10) fixed to the ground, a guardrail(20) provided with a sign device installation unit and a sign device guide groove(21) opened forward, backward and upward and fixed with a sign board fixture, and a sign device(30) composed of a guide fixed to the sign device installation unit of the barrier rotatively, a slider inserted to the guide movably and a sign board fixed to the slider exposed to the outside of the guide and engaged with the sign board fixture of the main body separably and installed to the sign device installation unit of the guardrail to be rotated forward and backward along the sign device guide groove.
