COLORING COMPOSITION FOR IMAGE RECORDING, IMAGE-RECORDING INK AND IMAGE RECORDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring composition for image recording capable of forming a brilliant violet-color image which is not attainable by the combination of ink of three primary colors consisting of yellow color, magenta color and cyan color, an image recording ink and an image recording method and provide a coloring composition for image recording capable of forming a clear image having increased color development range not only by a writing utensil but also by a recording method such as a full-color inkjet printing by charging a violet-color ink, an image recording ink and an image recording method.

SOLUTION: The coloring composition for image recording use at least contains a violet-color dye. The violet dye contains a perylene dicarbonyl residue as a skeleton.
