<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release handle of a limb support for an obstetric delivery bed which enables a sufficient flexion of patient's knee joints so as to place a patient in a desired posture for a delivery. <P>SOLUTION: Limb supports 12, 14 coupled to a patient-support apparatus 10 is equipped with a frame having a pair of locks to prevent vertical and horizontal rotations of the limb support in relation to the patient-support apparatus. A lock release actuator is configured to be coupled to the frame to simultaneously unlock both the vertical and horizontal rotation locks.
