<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery execution system and discount processing system capable of having lots drawn before commodity purchase in a store or the like and reflecting its result to a sales price of the commodity. <P>SOLUTION: An execution right of lottery is recorded in a portable terminal 10 and a commodity ID is recorded in an IC tag 30 attached to the commodity 20.
