<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital protective relay in which transmission quality is ensured and maintainability is enhanced by applying a unique concentration arrangement (wiring topology) to a serial bus and simplifying reduction of serial cables and routing of cables. <P>SOLUTION: The digital protective relay 1a comprises analog input units 121-12n, analog input units 131-13n, an operating unit 11, bus switches 141 and 142, and an I/O unit 15. A "one to N transmission star topology" is employed between a main relay operating unit 111 and the analog input units 121-12n, a "one to N transmission star topology" is employed between a failure detection relay operating unit 112 and the analog input units 131-13n, and "one to N transmission two system star topology" is employed between an information terminal unit 113 and the analog input units 121-12n and 131-13n. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
