<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive film which can be used to produce a liquid crystal display device in which occurrence of display defects and display unevenness are sufficiently prevented and a high quality image is displayed; and also to provide a photosensitive resin composition, and a method for manufacturing liquid crystal spacers. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive film is used in the liquid crystal display device which is equipped with two sheets of substrates arranged so as to be opposite to each other, and a liquid crystal layer composed of a liquid crystal sealed in between the two sheets of substrates, for the purpose of forming the liquid crystal spacers which are to be arranged between the two sheets of substrates to keep thickness of the liquid crystal layer constant, and is formed by laminating a supporting body film 24 (1), a photosensitive layer 22 composed of a photosensitive resin composition (2), and a protective film 25 (3) in this order, wherein the indentation deformation each of the supporting body film 24 and of the protective film 25 is 6μm or less when the load of 0.02 N is added to each by using a quadranglar pyramid shaped Vickers indenter at room temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
