<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control window glass to be normally lifted by avoiding erroneous determination that an opening/closing detecting switch has an operation failure. <P>SOLUTION: In this power window device, a control device determines that a limit switch 20 has an operation failure if the open state of the window glass 2 is not detected by the limit switch 20 although the window glass 2 has reached a determination position set beforehand into a position below an on/off switching position of the limit switch 20 when the closed state of the window glass 2 is detected by the limit switch 20 and the window glass 2 is operated into opening motion by an operating switch 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
