PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection sensitivity and precision of a specific component in an analyzer constituted so that a liquid sample is absorbed by a porous body to which a reagent (a reagent specifically bonded to the specific component) having a label (magnetic particle) is held and this liquid sample is moved to a reaction part to which the reagent is fixed along with the labeled reagent. SOLUTION: A first porous body 1, a second porous body 2, reaction part 3 and an absorber 4 are arranged to a bottom plate 6 made of polycarbonate. The reaction part 3 is formed by directly fixing the reagent specifically reacted with the specific component to the inner surface of the bottom plate 6. Protein, sugar and a salt having a buffering action in an aqueous solution are held to the second porous body 2 along with the labeled reagent comprising magnetic particles to which the reagent specifically bonded to the specific component is fixed. By this arrangement, the viscosity of the liquid moved to the reaction part 3 from the second porous body 2 becomes high and the speed for moving the reaction part 3 becomes low.
