<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means suitable for high integration of an electronic circuit in a gas flowmeter and high precision of output characteristic regulation. <P>SOLUTION: This gas flowmeter is constituted of a noise reduction circuit for reducing an overvoltage impressed to an electric power source, a surge and a high-frequency noise, a gas flow rate detecting circuit, and a digital regulation circuit. Nonlinear regulation is also allowed therein by selecting a regulation operation expression by a linear expression prepared preliminarily, based on an input value, in the regulation computation. The number of terminals is reduced by using a sensor output route and a data input/output route in common in an integrated circuit, and by providing a means for changing over the both routes by a switch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
