<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door closer device which is drastically reduced in part count and manufacturing man-hour. <P>SOLUTION: When a driving force of an actuator is transmitted to a latch mechanism, the latch mechanism in a half-latched state is shifted to a full-latched state, and therefore a vehicular door is closed. An open lever 12 is rotatably arranged about a first rotating shaft O1, and upon the transmission of a driving force of a door handle, the open lever is rotated in one direction about the first rotating shaft, to thereby set the latch mechanism to an unlatched state. A cancel lever 76 has a cam 76a engaged with the open lever, and is rotatably arranged about a second rotating shaft O2 different from the first rotating shaft. Then accompanied by the rotation of the open lever in the one direction, the cancel lever is rotated about the second rotating shaft in the one direction, and thus interrupts the transmission of the driving force between the actuator and the latch mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
