<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a professional-use electromagnetic induction heating grill pan, capable of rapidly grilling the objects of grilling each having a substantial thickness, such as octopus dumplings or "Imagawayaki" (Japanese muffin-like filled with bean jam) substantially at the same time, without baking uneveness, and of baking them by uniformizing the burning level of each contact surface thereof with a housing part having a hemispherical shape. <P>SOLUTION: This professional-use electromagnetic induction heating grill pan has arranged, below a grill die R having a rectangular shape and having the housing parts 10 of the objects of baking, an electromagnetic induction heating work coil H, having a rectangular shape in a plan view and wound to set at least the length 3H of a long-side part 3 larger than the length 1R of the long-side part 1 of a bottom part (r) of the grill die R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
