PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat which makes it possible to visually confirm the swing trajectory of a golf club of a player himself/herself easily. SOLUTION: The mat for confirming a golf club swing trajectory is characterized in that water scattered from the golf club by centrifugal force when the golf club is swung is promptly absorbed to the inside and the absorbed mark is visually confirmed. It is preferable that the mat is the hydrophilic resin porous sintered body of a polyolefin resin or the like, and it is especially preferable that it is polyethylene whose melt mass-flow rate is ≤50 g/10 minutes and concentration is 890 to 970 kg/m<SP>3</SP>.
