PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet having excellent optical properties free from the generation of optical defects such as spot-like patterns by relaxing the deformation of a lens shape caused by the polymerization shrinkage of an active energy ray curable composition. SOLUTION: Regarding the lens sheet in which a lens part composed of many lens units is formed on at least either surface of a transparent base material by an active energy ray curable resin, the many lens units are formed on the transparent base material via a buffer layer with a thickness of 1 to 10μm.
