PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning apparatus which is used for long fibers, facilitates the spread of the long fibers at the entrance side site of a hollow spindle shaft to increase the rate of fibers to be wound on the outer periphery of the hollow spindle shaft, and thus softly improve the structure and hand of the spun yarn. SOLUTION: This spinning apparatus comprising a nozzle body 1 equipped with a gas flow-jetting nozzle hole 3 for making a turned gas flow to act on a fiber bundle drafted with a draft device, and a hollow spindle shaft 2 whose tip side is placed in the nozzle body, wherein the turned fibers bending at the rear end portions of the fibers along the outer peripheral surface 9 of the hollow spindle shaft are wound on core fibers f1 as winding fibers f2 to produce the spun yarn, is characterized by forming a fiber-guiding face 10 expanded in the radial direction at the tip of the hollow spindle shaft and continued to the outer peripheral surface.
