PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film having a good mat appearance and a good printability, and being reduced in the return of fish eyes or gloss in a process of insert molding or in-mold molding. SOLUTION: The mat thermoplastic resin film having a 60 degree surface glossiness on one surface of not more than 100% is produced by niping a film-like transparent thermoplastic resin, that has been molded previously into a film form and cooled below its heat deformation temperature, at a temperature higher than the heat deformation temperature, using a mirror roll or mirror belt for one surface of the film-like resin and using a rubber roll, embossed roll, rubber belt, or embossed belt for the other surface of the resin. The laminated thermoplastic resin film or the sheet is produced by using the mat film, and the transparent thermoplastic resin laminate product is produced by laminating the film or the sheet on a base material.
