PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress smoke and firing due to the heat from oil that has dripped on a receiving plate inside the chamber of a cooker. SOLUTION: The cooker has a structure for jetting water vapor toward the inside bottom face of the receiving plate located at the lower part of a heating net. By forming a water vapor layer on the inside of the receiving plate, there will be no energy loss, and oxidation reaction and firing can be prevented, by cutting off contact with oxygen while suppressing thermal decomposition of oil by effectively lowering the receiving plate surface temperature.
