PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check reduction in operation performance in a partition wall body and a damper, and to exhaust air deposited in the damper to the outside of the damper, while protecting a pressurizing phenomenon on the lower oil chamber side partitioned by the partition wall body in a reservoir chamber. SOLUTION: This front fork is formed by partitioning the reservoir chamber R being the outside of the damper arranged in an axial part of this fork body into the upper air chamber side Ra and the lower oil chamber side Rb by the partition wall body 8 in a fork body composed of a car body side tube 1 and a wheel side tube 2, and allows the partition wall body 8 to have a check valve 9 for allowing the action of hydraulic pressure in the upper air chamber side Ra on the lower oil chamber side Rb and checking its inverse action, and has a pressurizing means 11 for pressurizing this upper air chamber side Ra in contracting operation of the fork body on the upper air chamber side Ra in the reservoir chamber R, and has a hydraulic pressure guaranteeing means 10 for maintaining this lower oil chamber side Rb and the inside of the damper communicating with this lower oil chamber side Rb in a high pressure tendency while accumulating the hydraulic pressure from the upper air chamber side Ra via the check valve 9 to the lower oil chamber side Rb in the reservoir chamber R.
