A multi-functional composite video apparatus is provided to include various functions for a digital camera, an MP3(Moving Picture experts group audio layer-3) player, a voice recorder and a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiver, compressively store video and audio signals and reproduce the video and audio signals. A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) module(120) photographs a target object and generates a video signal. A tuner module(190) receives a broadcasting signal provided from a selected channel. A decoding module(200) decodes the broadcasting signal received by the tuner module. A display part displays video corresponding to a reproduced signal. A signal processing block(300) processes the video signal generated by the CCD module and records data of the processed video signal in a memory. The signal processing block reproduces an output signal of the decoding module and applies the reproduced output signal to the display part.
