A vehicle room ramp having a map ramp function is provided to perform simultaneously a room lamp function and a map lamp function by using only one lamp. A lamp housing part(10) is installed on a roof panel of an inside of an automobile. The lamp housing includes a fixing bracket(12) having a lamp(2) and an opening part. A lens part(20) is rotatably installed in the inside of the opening part of the lamp housing. The lens part is formed with a map lamp region(22) and a room lamp region(24). An inner lens(22a) is installed in the map lamp region of the lens part in order to refract the light of the lamp to a particular region.
