<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a yarn based on expanded graphite to be highly flexible without generating protrusions of expanded graphite in a conventional bending processing to prevent partial defect of the expanded graphite in twist processing or knit assembling for preparing grand packings. <P>SOLUTION: The yarn 1 for grand packing is formed by filling fibrous expanded graphite 4 having a cross section having an aspect ratio of 1-5 as value of the width w divided by the thickness t in a cylindrical material 3 composed by weaving or braiding Inconel wires 2 having 0.1mm diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
