METHOD FOR EXPRESSING GENE IN HIGH EFFICIENCY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly expressing in bacteria a gene group consisting of multiple genes necessary for producing an aimed substance, and to provide a method for producing such bacteria highly expressing and producing the aimed substance.

SOLUTION: The method for highly expressing in bacteria a gene group consisting of multiple genes necessary for producing an aimed substance comprises inserting a gene-accumulation with such gene groups joined and accumulated together into a proximity of the point of initiating bacterial genome replication. The method for producing such bacteria highly expressing and producing the aimed substance necessary for expressing such a gene group is also provided.
