<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser generator capable of instantaneously selecting a laser beam of a specific wavelength and facilitating the alignment of the optical axis of the laser beam with another optical apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The laser generator is equipped with: a laser oscillation unit 2 for generating a laser beam of a single wavelength; a wavelength conversion unit 3 for converting the wavelength of the laser beam with a single wavelength and outputting a laser beam with a plurality of wavelengths; a wavelength separation unit 4 for separating the laser beam with the plurality of wavelengths into a first and a second laser beam L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>and emitting them; a wavelength selection unit 5 for simultaneously intercepting and releasing the optical paths R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>of the separated laser beams L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>and selecting and outputting a laser beam of a specific wavelength from the laser beams L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>; and an output optical unit 6 for aligning each optical path R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>of the separated laser beams L<SB>1</SB>, L<SB>2</SB>with one and the same optical axis R<SB>3</SB>and making the outputting direction of the axially aligned laser beams displaceable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
