<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection mechanism capable of sharply photographing the inside opposed to the transparent body of a workpiece on which the transparent body having a lens acting surface is installed and capable of inspecting the transparent body without damaging the same, a feed and inspection device of an inspection object and an inspection method. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection mechanism 20 is constituted so that the inspection object W having the transparent body W1 having lens action provided is held by a feed mechanism 20 to be fed to an inspection position T and photographed at the inspection position by a photographing camera to analyze end inspect an image and equipped with a translucent enclosure plate 30 having a translucent plate 31, which permits the transmission of light and enables the photographing of the inspection target from the photographing camera and a gel body 32, and a translucent enclosure plate moving mechanism 20AB for moving the translucent enclosure plate so that the gel body is brought into contact with or separated from the transparent body of the inspection target when the inspection target is held to the inspection position opposed to the gel body of the translucent enclosure plate to be fed by the feed mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
