PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymeric thin film in which a microphase separation phenomenon of a polymeric block copolymer is used, thereby a pillar-shaped micro domain is oriented in the penetration direction of the film, and which has a regulated arrangement pattern. SOLUTION: A polymeric film (30) comprises: a continuous phase (10) mainly consisting of the polymer of a first monomer (11); and a pillar-shaped micro domain (20) mainly consisting of the polymer of a second monomer (21) and orienting in the penetration direction of the film while being distributed in the continuous phase (10), wherein a polymeric block copolymer (31) at least including a first segment (12) comprising the polymerized first monomer (11) and a second segment (22) comprising the polymerized second monomer (21), and a polymeric polymer (13) miscible to the first segment are compounded.
