PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin-cam engine which can secure a large curvature radius of an intake port and/or a discharge port, and a motorcycle equipped with the same. SOLUTION: Rocker arms 61 and 62 to reciprocate an exhaust valve 41 and an intake valve 42 by transmitting the rotation of cams 58 and 59 in a valve mechanism system are pivotably supported in a cylinder head 33 between axis lines 41C and 42C of both stems 41B and 42B of the exhaust valve 41 and the intake valve 42.
