PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus equipped with a toner conveying mechanism which is so configured that a flaw etc., on an inner peripheral surface of a toner conveying pipe member can be confirmed and reduces noise and vibrations generated as a conveying member rubs the inner peripheral surface of the toner conveying pipe member. SOLUTION: The toner conveying pipe member 21 comprises two semicylindrical members 24 and 25; the semicylindrical member 24 has a plurality of engagement claws 26 and the other semicylindrical member 25 is provided with an engagement part 27 at a position corresponding to the engagement claws 26. The toner conveying pipe member 21 is assembled by engaging those engagement claws 26 and engagement part 27 with each other.
