<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow efficient, reliable and easy renewing work for fluid equipment or a branch pipe connected to a branch pipe portion with no water leakage even under circumstances that an on-off valve is not mounted between the branch pipe portion and the fluid equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A working pipe portion 6 opposed to a base end opening 2a of the branch pipe portion 2 is protruded on the pipe wall of a fluid pipe 1, a drilling device is connected to a first on-off valve 7 connected to the working pipe portion 6, and an insertion port 8 is drilled in the pipe wall of the fluid pipe 1 opposed to the base end opening 2a of the branch pipe portion 2. After the drilling device is withdrawn in the state of closing the first on-off valve 7, a closing means C for a closing device B connected to the first on-off valve 7 is delivered into the branch pipe portion 2 to close a flow path W. Furthermore, after the fluid equipment 3 for the branch pipe portion 2 or the branch pipe is withdrawn, a new fluid equipment or branch pipe is connected thereto via a second on-off valve and the closing device is withdrawn in the state of closing the first on-off valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
