PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of exercising the retransmission control of data efficiently when data errors occur due to it that the radio wave environments of users (mobile station) are not in a good state so as to improve the total throughput of the users located in the sector of a radio system (especially, mobile radio system). SOLUTION: A retransmission interval or a retransmission slot interval is made to change dynamically when data errors occur in a radio system. The mobile station is previously informed of a retransmission interval from the base station. By this setup, data retransmission control can be efficiently exercised.
