PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To so constitute each tap cover that it is simple and its attaching work is easy in a molded transformer. SOLUTION: There is constituted out of an insulating material having each circular flat plane each tap cover which covers each coil-side terminal connected with the wound-off end of each primary-side coil of the molded transformer, and covers each tap switching terminal for switching the tap voltage of each primary-side coil. Further, each tap cover is so constituted as to cover with each circular flat plane both each coil-side terminal and each tap switching terminal. Moreover, each tap cover is so constituted as to be fastened to the side of each lateral surface of each molded coil in the nearly central portion of each circular flat plane.
