PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting traveling conditions of a vehicle using acceleration and angular velocity sensors capable of detecting vibration noises promptly in the detected signals to keep down, when the signals detected from the sensors are overlapped with vibration noises due to vertical vibrations of vehicles. SOLUTION: In the navigation device equipped with acceleration and angular velocity sensors, signals detected from each sensor are processed to keep out vibration noises prior to a filtering process for denoising. At the present processing, vibration noise component is keep down (200 and 210) from each sampling data, such that the detected signals from each sensor are sampled periodically (S120 and S130), the differences Da and Db of the detected signals to the maximum and minimum values of sampling data of the past n times, respectively, are determined (S150 and S180), and, when the differences exceed together acceptance values Ta and Tb, it is discriminated that each detected signal is overlapped with vibration noises due to vertical vibration of vehicles.
