PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the tactile and visual communication of sensation information. SOLUTION: A sensation communication device 101 is connected to a communication network NW, and has a bag-like sensation device 1 and a control box 2. The bag-like sensation device 1 can control and detect shapes and hardness. A communication section 24 receives external physical parameters coming from the communication network NW. A hardness processing section 231 supplies a hardness measurement parameter in the external physical parameters to a hardness control section 21 to control the pressure of an inner bag 11. A shape processing section 232 supplies a shape measurement parameter to a shape control section 13 to control the shape of the inner bag 11. The processing section 23 also transmits a change in hardness and shape obtained by the bag-like sensation device 1 in the sensation communication device 101 by transmitting hardness measurement parameters and shape measurement parameters detected by a hardness detection section 22 and a shape controls section 14 from the communication section 24 to other sensation communication devices 102.
