PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of shielding incomings and outgoings of unnecessary noise, and of preventing increase of thickness of the whole device by preventing increase of the number of components. SOLUTION: This switch device is provided with: a circuit board 26 with switch electrode patterns 30a and 30b and a grounding ground part 28 arranged thereon; a shield sheet member 36 formed into a sheet-like form with a conductive member, connected to the grounding ground part to cover the surface of the circuit board and having holes 36a formed at positions facing to the switch electrode patterns; metal dome members 22 arranged oppositely to the switch electrode patterns; and cover members 38 each formed of a nonconductive member, holding the metal dome members and attached to the shield sheet member to close the holes. The switch device is structured to execute a switch operation for electrically connecting a pair of the switch electrode patterns to each other through the metal dome member deformed by depressing its upper surface.
