PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid transportation device including a first condition where all fingers are released and a second condition where one finger always blocks tube, and securing a stable flow rate. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an elastic tube 50, a tube frame 12 having the tube 50 installed in an arc shape, a first cam 20 and a second cam 30 arranged inside of the tube 50, and fingers 40-46 arranged in a radial shape from a rotation center P between the tube and the first cam 20, the second cam 30 and includes the first condition where the first cam 20 and the second cam 30 release all of the fingers 40-46 and the second condition where the first cam 20 or the second cam 30 makes at least one of the fingers 40-46 always block the tube 50. The first cam 20 and the second cam 30 press the finger 40-46 in order and the fingers 40-46 repeat blockage and release of the tube 50 in order to make fluid continuously flow.
