PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and accurately cut a sticking margin part, without requiring a trimming piece part in the center part of one side end or a sticking margin part having a trimming piece part in a corrugated board sheet, without the need for a spare cutting blade, by using the sticking margin part cutting device of the same structure. SOLUTION: In this sticking margin part cutting device, after the sticking margin part leading end face of the corrugated board sheet 20 is cut by a cutting blade 6b of a cutting blade mounting holder 7b that is fitted on a rear upper blade holder 1b to be positioned in the circumferential direction, a rear slot is cut by a slotting upper blade 5b mounted on the upper blade holder 16. Subsequently, after a front slot has been cut by a slotting upper blade 5a mounted on a front upper blade holder 1a, a sticking margin rear end face is cut by the cutting blade 6a of a cutting blade mounting holder 7a fitted on the upper blade holder 1a so as to be positioned in the circumferential direction; and the circumferential gaps of the cutting blades 6a, 6b to the upper blades 5a, 5b can be adjusted automatically.
